This ceremony honors companies in a variety of categories in the business world. One of the categories that receives a great deal of attention is the customer service category. The Gold Stevie Award is what Securus took home for having the best customer service of any company in the world in 2016. This is according to a group of judges that consisted of more than 70 professionals. Securus has said that their goal is to treat all of their customers like they would want to be treated. This strategy has clearly worked. Customers always praise Securus for their innovations in order to service the people who do business with them in a more efficient manner. The Gold Stevie Award is very important and shows that their competitors have a long way to go to beat Securus.

 

There were over 60 awards handed out that night at Caesars Palace. The recipients of these awards are very aware of what a prestigious honor the Gold Stevie Award truly is. It is basically like the business world version of winning the Oscar. Securus said that it is already in the process of making major innovations which will be unveiled later in 2017. They are not going to get complacent. They intend on winning the Gold Stevie again next year. It would not be surprising if that happens.
